For client services, the basic preLink V3 LIMS Call Out/Outreach process is as follows:


  • Open the Call Out screen.
    • Select an outstanding request awaiting callout from the list.

  • Or, search a request using Search Request. (To view the article, click here).

  • On the Results/request screen, in the Notifications field: 
    • Select Email, SMS, or Print, to send results to doctors/clients, (or Call after making a phone call).


  • Once the callout is complete, in the Notifications field, click on "Close Callout".
