To generate a a preLink generated request number, when you are unable to print one using preLink Print Station
Go to:
Administration>Site Management
click on Edit, and activate 'Generate Request #'
To use this functionality when capturing request, either scan in a Request Form, click on 'Capture Data' click on 'View Count' and 'add the request to your queue' then click on 'Auto Generate'
Click on 'Enter a request number' if you use preprinted request numbers
