if you link one of the new Sample Types to test, and that test is performed on an analyser, you will need to go to that page and enter the specimen mapping code for that Sample Type and that Analyser type. These codes can be obtained from the specification document for each analyser otherwise, when the test is run on the analyser, you are going to get a "Test Not Configured" error UNLESS the analyser does not use Specimen Type codes, then you can ignore it. Like the Alinity M doesn't use analyser codes but the ASTM REQUIRES Specimen Type codes.
