To log a call for assistance on preLink from our support team:
Click on the 'help' icon:
Click on 'Contact Support':
Fill in your:
- Name
- Email address
- Subject (query)
- Description
Then click on 'send', preLink will also allow you to add in a screenshot of your query/issue/error as well:

Remember to include the following information
- Email Subject (One line summary of request)
- Email Body (Detailed description of request)
