The Deleted Requests list module allows users to search and view requests that have been deleted from the preLink V3 LIMS.
To access this module, select "Lists > Miscellaneous > Deleted Requests" the preLink menu bar, as shown below.
This will bring you to the following screen:
Here you can view a list of all the requests deleted over time, including information such as the preLink user name, the user's full name, the reason for deleting, and the date that the request was deleted.
Note: The "Reason" for deleting a request is entered manually by the person doing the deleting. It is recommended that one always enter a reason for deleting a request to insure an accurate and searchable record.
Also Note: Items in the list with no request number were likely either deleted during manual capture, before being assign a request number, or after scanning where a barcode was not detected/recognized.
Search the Deleted Requests List
The list can be searched using the search fields provided above each info column (shown below).
Furthermore, each search field has a drop-down list of search filters that can be selected to narrow the search.
- Enter the search parameter in the column's search field.
- Click on the filter icon
. - Select the search filter from the drop-down list.
- Press "Enter" on the keyboard.
