The Billing Status Report presents information on requests in regard to their billing transaction status, over a selected time period.


To access the Billing Status Report, navigate to  "Administration > Reports > Billing Status", as shown below.




The following options will appear on the screen:



  • Select the Status from the drop-down list (or leave as "Select One" to view all statuses).
  • Enter the "from" and "to" Date range by using the pop-up calendar that appears when clicking on the date fields, or by typing them in with the keyboard.
  • Click on "Show".


The following is an example of the information that will then appear:



The status of the requests may be: 

  • Ready (ready to be sent).
  • To Be Invoiced (waiting to be invoiced).
  • Invoiced (the transaction was successful). 
  • Error (indicating an error blocking the transaction). 
  • Not Required (billing not needed).


Note: The requests will be automatically sent every 15 minutes. In some cases the Error status can be caused by an interruption in the network/internet, or by a logging error that can be quickly rectified. To manually resend the requests, click on the Resend icon beneath the individual requests, or click on the Resend icon next to "Click to resend invoice" at the top of the screen to resend all unsent requests.




You go to Administration > Reports > Billing > Billing Status and click on the “Resubmit Invoiced Request”.

 

 

You then enter the Request Number and press ENTER key or click the “View” button.

 

 

You then check all of the “Ordered Tess” that you want to resubmit to GoodX and click “Submit”.

 

It will reset the “Is Billed” and “Invoice Number” for each of those selected “Ordered Tests” and reset the Request status to “Ready”.


Close a Request


You are able to close any 'Ready' or Error' status requests by clicking the 'close' button:
