The General Reports are useful for presenting general information about preLink in an organized and easy to understand graph or list format.
To access the General Reports, navigate to "Administration > Reports > General", as shown below.
preLink Registrations
This report presents the number of requests captured/logged over a selected time period by data capturers.
- Select the Site from the drop-down list.
- Enter the "from" and "to" Date range by using the pop-up calendar that appears when clicking on the date fields, or by typing them in with the keyboard.
- Click on "Show".
Technologist Requests
This report presents the number of requests validated by technologists over a selected time period.
- Select the Site from the drop-down list.
- Enter the "from" and "to" Date range by using the pop-up calendar that appears when clicking on the date fields, or by typing them in with the keyboard.
- Click on "Show".
Callout TAT
This report presents the turnaround time (TAT) of Callouts for each request on a selected day.
- Select the Request Type (All, Hospital, Non Hospital).
- Enter the Date using the pop-up calendar that appears when clicking on the date field, or by typing it in with the keyboard.
- Click on "Show".
Volume Graph
This report presents the number of requests received daily over a selected time period.
- Select the Site from the drop-down list.
- Enter the "from" and "to" Date range by using the pop-up calendar that appears when clicking on the date fields, or by typing them in with the keyboard.
- Click on "Show".
Hourly Graph
This report presents the number of requests received per hour over a selected time period.
- Select the Site from the drop-down list.
- Enter the "from" and "to" Date range by using the pop-up calendar that appears when clicking on the date fields, or by typing them in with the keyboard.
- Click on "Show".
