To manage Microbiology on the preLink V3 LIMS, select "Administration > Micro Management" on the preLink menu bar.

This will bring you to the following screen:

Click on "Sites/Sources", and the following screen will appear: 

Here you can search, add, edit, and delete sites/sources used for Microbiology tests and result entry (see Adding Microbiology Tests & Microbiology Result Entry).

Search

Enter either the Name, or Code of the site/source in the search field, select the respective parameter from the drop-down list, and click on "Search".

Click on "Clear" to clear the search field. 

(The "Find Any" checkbox is used to broaden the search).

Add 

Click on "+ Add new record" (top of the list, below Search). A window will appear to the right, as shown below. 

Enter the name, and code, of the site/source, and then click on "Insert" to add it to the list.

Or click on "Cancel" to cancel all changes. 

Edit/delete

To edit a site/source, click on "Edit" on the far right of a site/source in the list. A window will appear on the right. 

Edit the details of the site/source and then click on "Update".

Or click on "Cancel" to cancel all changes.

To delete a site/source, click on "Delete" on the far right of the site/source in the list. Then click on "OK" in the confirmation pop-up window.
