On the View Requests screen, information on a Request's history, status, billing, and callout events, can be viewed through the Request info field indicated below:
History:
Click on the link to the right to view all the events in regard to the Request since its barcode creation. A window will pop up, detailing the events in order of date. (Shows Audit History)
Status:
Indicates the current status of the Request. (Shows Report History)
Billing:
There are several billing statuses in preLink: - (Shows Request Billing)
- Not Required: Invoice will not be created – currently Project requests
- To be Invoiced: Invoice will be created – waiting for completion
- Ready: Completed and signed off – waiting to send to GoodX
- Invoiced: GoodX has created the invoice and returned the invoice number
- Error: An error has occurred when sending to GoodX
Callout:
Click on the link to the right to view all events in regard to Callout. A window will pop up, detailing the events in order of date. (Shows Call Out History)
