To view documents and forms that were scanned and linked to a request during the Capture Process, go to a request (see Search Requests) and click on a "Manual Form" tab at the top of the screen (next to the "Results" tab) as indicated below.

Note: As seen above, the preLink V3 LIMS allows multiple forms and documents to be link to a single request.

You will now be able to view the scanned image as shown below.

You can scroll up and down using the scroll bar (indicated above with the blue arrow), or by using the mouse wheel.

You can also print the image using the "Print" link (indicated above with the red arrow).
