On this versatile screen, users are able to perform the following tasks:


  • View, edit & delete request information (click here).





  • View & print out scanned request forms/documents (click here).



  • View info such as request history, status, billing status, & callout events (click here).




  • Email, SMS, & log callout to doctors/clients (click here).
