On your desktop, double click on the "preLink Image Station" icon.
The Image Station application will then appear as shown below;
Place the request form(s) in the scanner and then click on the 'Start Scanning' button.
Note: Before scanning, the forms must have the preLink generated barcode labels placed on the top right corner.

Once the request forms are scanned, a message will appear indicating that they have been uploaded to preLink.
Note: preLink also allows multiple scans to be linked to one request number, for example other supporting documents specific to a request such as raw data or consent forms for insurance. Any image added to a request number can at anytime be removed/deleted should the user accidentally link an incorrect image to a request.
