Great precautions are taken against linking a patient to wrong patient history, however It might happen that we sometimes wrongly link patient details.


This mistake can be easily rectified by navigating to Search Requests, open the request in question and click on the edit icon (pencil Icon) 


Then, click on the delete icon (trashcan icon) on the Patient Information column, as shown below. 



This will clear all the patient data field entries and allow for the new correct details to be captured. 

Note: This action also removes linked patient history.
