Should you enter the incorrect password, the following screen will appear:



After 3 incorrect attempts, as stated shown above, your account will be locked, after which you will see the following message the next time you try to log in.

Click on 'Forgot Password' (next to the login button) and you will be directed to a new window requesting your username and email address.

After entering your username and email address, click on 'Reset Password' and the following message (shown below in the blue box) will briefly appear.



Note: The entered email address must be the same as the one which you gave to your Administrator at the initial setup of your user account.


Upon receiving the email, you shall find within it a new temporary password to use the next time you log in.


Highlight and copy the password, or note it down, then proceed to login again, and the following screen will appear.




First enter your new password (copy & paste it from the email) in the 'Current Password' field.


Next, enter a new password of your choosing in the 'New Password' field, and again in the 'Confirm Password' field. 


Then click on the 'Change' button and a message will appear informing you that your password has been changed successfully. 


Then, click on 'Continue to Login', and you will be directed to the the main login screen where you can enter your new password and log in.


Note: Check that Caps Lock is turned off (if required) when entering passwords. It will be indicated on the login screen as shown below.
