The Request Sign Off List is provided by the preLink LIMS for a quick and easy way to view requests that need sign off according to laboratory departments.
Select 'Request Signoff List' from the drop-down menu under 'Lists' on the preLink menu bar as shown below:
This will bring you to the following screen;
As can be seen in the above screenshot, the laboratory departments are listed at the top with check boxes that can be ticked according to which department's requests the user wishes to view.
Tick the relevant department check boxes, and then click on the 'Display Requests' button (top left - below check boxes). The requests will then appear, listed beneath.
To view a request in detail, click anywhere on the request. You will then be taken to the View Request screen.
